Following its initiative to establish a dialogue and working relationship with the HTA stakeholders which was manifested through several of EUnetHTA activities, EUnetHTA held a stakeholder meeting on June 13, 2008, in Rome, Italy.
In October 2006, EUnetHTA organised a stakeholder dialogue meeting during the European Health Forum Gastein; in April-May 2007 EUnetHTA Work Package 4 performed an open public validation of the HTA Core Model and first Core HTA on the drug-eluding stents; in June 2007 an Open Stakeholder Forum was launched; In November-December 2007 EUnetHTA organised a public consultation of its draft proposal for a sustainable, permanent EUnetHTA Collaboration.
