Organisation

The Organisational and Governance Structure of the EUnetHTA Collaboration has been adopted at the EUnetHTA Collaboration meeting on March 24, 2009 in Copenhagen and further revised and endorsed at the EUnetHTA Collaboration Plenary Assembly meeting in Seville on September 28, 2009. It is also a part of the Technical Annex of the EUnetHTA Joint Action Grant Agreement with the European Commission. Further clarification of the structure details and governance processes is the task of the EUnetHTA Executive Committee.
